What is your returns policy?

 

We welcome returns on all orders from the United States with the exception of Jewelry . Simply contact us with your name, email address, order number, what you would like to return, and your reason for returning it for our records. you will need to pay for shipping for your return. 

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, labels etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

Jnedy reserves the right to refuse a return should it not meet criteria, and the original item will be returned to you.  All returns should be made within 14 days.  Please otherwise contact us if you are outside the USA.

No returns on jewelry all sales are final.
